Steven mirageuk: No, we don't have a tech solution in place to limit the number of times someone can post to a topic. That's not a feature that would get much use on many communities. Regarding post counts, I don't believe that we will be removing the display of them anytime soon. I wouldn't worry about it too much. After a while, its pretty easy to see who posts quality and who posts quantity. [ more ]

Croctacus Put chickens head on the floor and draw a white chalk line from the end of its beak about 12 inches long....let go of chicken and it will sit with its head on the floor looking at the line till you move it! Hours of fun. [ more ]

Scrumtum m&s ones are mostly unmanned, if they are manned they r usually dealing with someone else... so shoplifting can easily happen. along with the carrier bags... tesco doesnt scan single packets of crisps as they are so light, so they always require the attendant. sainsburies ones work faster than the other two! it scans quickly and payment is mega fast regardless if its cash or card. plus the loading bay is HUGE! if something falls off the m&s one u gotta wait for an attendant to key in... paace No it doesn't. It just has the Channel 4 buzzword at the moment " comment functionality" where you can comment on anything about C4. They seem to think that's the same as a forum. And if you post anything there it whizzes off to be looked at by a moderator first befores he/she deems it suitable. [ more ]

Ducky I used to do it quite a lot when I was a child... due to a combination of an hysterically funny family and an embarrassingly weak bladder. One day I was in the lounge with my family and I was on the verge of PMSL.... but I DID have it under control with the aid of two very tightly crossed legs. Hypermnesia Only once did I ever pmsl. I was about 18 years old, friend and I were out on the razzle, walked several miles home from town, heels became unbearable after a while, took them off. Arrived at her house, chipped stone driveway. Couldn't bear to put shoes back on. She said she would give me a piggy-back. Cue much hilarity. darloboy (Play The Game!) It's got the Bars and Resturants etc but they have to shut at midnight every day. Music has to be turned down too. Loads of people visit Icemeler in the day as all the shops are open, but if you want to have a good time on the night then Marmaris is the place as thats open 24/7. [ more ]

Former Member If someone at school mentioned they had seen it then they will be able to identify who has put it on. I'd start by asking politely for it to be removed, (either the parent of the child or through the school.) If that doesn't work then I'd be more forceful, I'm pretty sure it's a breach of the data protection act to publish someone's pic without their consent..and if there's cyber-bullying going on then there are criminal offences relating to that. Towno :) Two things I don't like about this prog are: 1. Serving food on a slate, or something equally as rediculous. If you're having a main dish with gravy it should be on a plate. 2. The judges. I just can't warm to them. They all seem especially pompous. The skinnier of the two men and the way he breathes in his food before tasting it really does my nut in! The other bloke seems a bit nicer and the woman is sometimes down right nasty. I'll bet she struggles to rustle up beans on toast Having said... [ more ]

Jen-Star I agree (even though i used to answer them!) Another one is the porn star name thing, the one where you use your mothers maiden name and a pets name. Alot of people use pet names as passwords and isnt mothers maiden name a widely used security question along with date of birth etc? I know the web isnt packed full weirdos but you wouldnt know is someone was a weirdo first off would you? [ more ]
