Do the BBC so called stars have a right to complain about their pay cuts?
squiggle I hear Lionel Blair wants to do it, perhaps he will do it much cheaper, he might be good. [ more ]
Poolshark I just read that Brucie is now in talks and is on about leaving Strictly because he said it's not worth being paid £400,000 to present the show instead of the £900,000, apparently it's also down to a heavy workload that the show entails!!!!. Heavy work load, I bet he's never done a hard days work in his life!!!!. What a bllinkin cheek, I'll do it for less than that, even £100,000 A YEAR! [ more ]
Garage Joe I think we need to know where our money goes, full stop! I know it left the North East, and headed for London. Then it went into a load of tax-free offshore accounts. We seem to have lost track of it since then. [ more ]

Bollywoods undiscovered talent injured in big brother house!
Hollygolightly Re: Bollywoods undiscovered talent injured in big brother house! [ more ]
pigeonpie I agree, he is good-hearted. He makes me chuckle [ more ]
Twee Surgeon Don't be ashamed ishan. There are good and bad and funny and sad ppl of all nationalities. It's just that Sree over-acts the persona in a Bollywood style manner - all head shaking and Maharishi wisdom - and it just does not square with his behaviour in the house. Sree is a good hearted well brought up lad really. He is just playing the game, albeit very badly. [ more ]

Scotty Yes on BBC..The Limmy Show. I`ll try and find out if I can get it for you. Some of it was pretty surreal. He did another Jaqueline sketch where she was trying to get a taxi to a party and arguing with all the taxi operators. Very funny. I`ll do that Comrade. I`ll find out from his website. Here`s the link to it. http://www.limmy.com/ Comrade he`s making a another show..a new one. This will be his second. I`v edited. It should have read. He`s already made a tv show...not "a one off tv show"... [ more ]

So far, which HM’s are making the most of the BB experience?
ishan2003 Some people are way too stressed out and take things too seriously this year. I agree that Siavash is chilled out, and so is Kris to a certain extent...even Dogface, Noirin and Karly seem to be having a decent time. [ more ]
Twee Surgeon I agree CS. Some of these ppl will not last the course. [ more ]
Cold Sweat Angel and Sree spend too much time stressing, and Sophia has spent too much time ranting and being paranoid over Saffia – things that, in hindsight, she may regret come Friday night. I think some of them really need to relax more and just accept other housemates for who they are. If Rodrigo has a problem with foul language, and others such as Lisa and Sree have issues over nudity; they really are on the wrong show! [ more ]

Historical Years...What is your current post count famous for ?
Scooby doo Events of 1361 July 27 – Battle of Visby October 10 – Edward, the Black Prince, marries Joan, the 'Fair Maid of Kent'. The University of Pavia is founded in Italy. In the Marinid Empire in present-day Morocco, Abu Salim Ibrahim is overthrown by Abu Umar, who is in turn overthrown by Abu Zayyan. The Blue Horde descends into anarchy. Between 1361 and 1378, over 20 khans succeed each other in different parts of the Blue Horde's territory. Chinese rebels capture the Koryo capital. [ more ]
Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing Hmmm, 1360. I most definitely haven't been born yet. I'm sure some King of Somewhere did something heroic or unspeakably evil that year. [ more ]

bozzimacoo how very dare they have a virgin ghost ad, telling us of their 'powerful stuff' !!! we are all prawns in a brain-washing sea [ more ]

Ok i have a few things to say ...
HyacinthB Good luck with the rally Mummy Maz - at least you'll stand out from the others with your bright psychodelic design work. All the best. [ more ]
Lord Lucan In a nut shell, girls are usually (not always!) too polite to say or do anything if a bloke they don't fancy is stroking them (like Freddie did to Sophie) and they'll grin and bear it. Now if the wee, aggressive monster that is Sophia was stroking Kris's back, I reckon he would've got up abruptly and walked away! [ more ]
Lord Lucan Thanks for the welcome . I agree with what you said there . Have a great time on your hols! [ more ]

Who else feels uncomfortable with BB's nasty names
Hollygolightly Yes, I totally agree and it must be uncomfortable for their parents who are watching their kids we referred to in such a puerile way. [ more ]
Liverpoollass I just don't see the point of it. It was funny, for the first minute but now it just seems a bit pointless. [ more ]
Mount Olympus *Olly* I thought it was a bit juvenile too... Not keen on childish stuff at all.. bit imbecilic and the names aren't even funny imo.. I'd rather they changed it to a number or summat that strips them of any identity.. but then I am a miserable old git and nowt much makes me laugh anyway [ more ]

This BB, with just late night LF..
Cold Sweat On a plus point, there does currently seem to be a late night culture amongst the housemates, so at least there is something to watch through the early hours of the morning. However, once they introduce gruelling tasks and start making life tougher – deprive the housemates of luxury food and booze – even the little LF that we do have might not be worth watching. I will miss the daytime and evening tasks though – I always found it quite intriguing when you didn’t know quite what was happening... [ more ]
bozzimacoo i watched bblb, they have kids on there now, so maybe bb think it is a kids show oh and i can't even remember why they had the kids on, just noticed they are appealing to a kids market time and bb in one sentence [ more ]

Sophie was lying in bed with Krap Kris earlier..
Liverpoollass It seems she is doing the rounds and hedging her bets [ more ]
Heartache Saffia did not like that though, loved the way the camera zoomed onto her face when sophie was on the bed with kris and charlie. [ more ]
Cold Sweat Why does it have to be a showmance? This always strikes me as a very narrow opinion to have. If there were 15 – mostly young adults living in a house together for 3 months with no TV cameras; are you suggesting there would be no physical contact? Personally, I prefer to see Dogface in the company of Freddie, than Kris. [ more ]

Marcus and his noms
Puss Re: Marcus and his noms [ more ]
subatomic partygirl It was a bit of an epiphany....I thought he was silent / brooding because he was just dour and bubblingly volatile but he's actually under some delusion that he's 'too kool for skool'. Bless. It did strike me that his "I'm used to seeing loads of stunning women getting undressed" might be an unwitting admission of his covert nightly exploits with binoculars. Surely that's the only exaplantion? [ more ]
SpiderMonkey His evaluation of Lisa was pretty good though, about her thinking the other housemates are just stones beside a mountain. She's definately in it to win it, so to speak. [ more ]

Sophie (Dogface)
Cold Sweat I find it quite frustrating listening to her describing the facial surgery that she wants done. She has a lovely face; but it’s the little imperfections that give a face character and life IMO. [ more ]
Cold Sweat I don’t think it takes a genius to see how the edit was presenting her last night – close ups of physical contact designed to make the situations look more intimate than they perhaps were. Sophie is coming across as a sweet natured girl, and her fellow housemates look comfortable around her. [ more ]
Former Member She seems nice enough but that talk about cosmetic surgery with Angel was quite revealing. Oh dear. [ more ]

Well done Rodrigo
brisket I agree with you Videostar. A distinct lack of sensitivity on display I would say. [ more ]
brisket BB doesn`t allow people to sleep in the lounge. Freddie tonight (and Cairon the other night) and many others over the years have been moved from the lounge. But they are allowed to talk in the lounge, so should not the talkers be there, and the sleepers be in the bedroom? So much thoughtlessness and selfishness. I feel sorry for Freddie tonight. And I feel Rodrigo (and I think Angel) did well to protest. (Unfortunately Sree appeared to sympathise with Freddie, but quickly turned the... [ more ]
Videostar Im disappointed in Marcus for that Freddie has had a tough day and then he gets that. I know it was only a joke but as the saying goes, never kick a man when he's down. [ more ]
