El Loro Moomin, I hope you enjoy The Losers. I should of course said "well known top flight actors" but I missed out the known bit as I was running late. Idris Elba certainly has the potential to become one, but as far as I know so far his main successes have been in television rather than film. I never saw The Wire, partially because of its daily scheduling which made it impossible for me, and its subject matter was not appealing to me, but I did see Luther where he gave a magnetic performance. Slow your breathing down to a crawling, steady pace, feel each breath as they flow in and out, in and out, find a comfortable rhythm and hold the rhythm. Today’s ‘Dizzy Quizzy’ challenge was a test of how well the housemates have gotten to know their new housemates Keeley, Rachel and Andrew. The trio were told that they would not be taking part in the task but would get to share a feast tonight with the winning team. Participating housemates were split into three teams of three.
