cologne 1 PS. I fished out the old litter tray because she kept going behind one of my antique travelling boxes, but she still didn't want to know, so I put it where she has been going and it's fine now. She went out yesterday and I did panic a wee bit, but she was back in less than 2 minutes. I really think she needed to stretch her legs properly. [ more ]

anyone gonna watch the bloke die on BBC..?
Former Member I saw it and there was nothing wrong with it. It was very sensitively dealt with and the old chap just simply looked as if he had fallen asleep. Petercat, I agree that it's ridiculous how people judge something and slate it and demean it without even seeing it. Of course, it would be unwise to watch it of you have recentl been bereaved, but as I haven't (fortunately) for some 10 years now, I had no issue with it. There was a 'warning' before the show, that someone dies in the show, and the... [ more ]

jacksonb i watched it and i watched last weeks one too. the first one was about the lottery of birth and how we develop, i found it riveting, this second prog was about the other end of life , it wasn't depressing or maudlin or sensationalist, i hadn't realised there had been a hoohaa about it, i just thought it was a gentle programme that treated death as part of life. Whats in a sandwich/wrap
James Well I found the right chutney.. It's made by a company called English Provender Co. The spicey apple chutney is a dead ringer for the one in my favorite wrap above. (even though it's not the same fruit) I am looking for the best Stonebaked flatbread to match it. The flatbread is sooo soft and perfect you would not believe it. Not like the hard rubbish you get in stores. I'm even considering getting a baking stone and trying to make them myself. [ more ]

Important - information on identifying a stroke..
Former Member Ta Kaffy! I'm good ta, spinal fluid pressure is pretty much controlled by meds for now( bloomin altitude sickness tablets! ! ) and lumbar punctures do the job if the tabs don't , but had the right drugs been there at the right time,I'd have been sorted.
