Garage Joe Worst! Any of the hotels stayed at in Liverpool. Best! Oddly enough, any of the IBIS hotels in Germany or Brussels. Cheap, efficient, and great brekkies. [ more ]
Scotty Nicest - The Nihal in Abu Dhabi. Sheer luxury with wonderful food. Worst: A small hotel (can`t remember the name) in Ticehurst, East Sussex. Advertised as a a 300 year old hotel..looked Shakesperian. Great!... we thought. The place was covered in dust and cobwebs with a growly old woman constantly cooking cabbage and a growling dog you had to step over to get to your room..which had a money meter for heating and old blankets on the beds.
