Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing I can imagine Slinki! The closest I ever lived to a football ground was as a child/teenager/ young adult in Clydebank. We lived about 30 minutes walk from Kilbowie Park - when Clydebank still had a football team. It never really impinged on us. At that time Clydebank didn't really have a high profile town centre, so if you were going to 'the big shops' (M&S, Lewis' etc,) you'd be going to Glasgow anyway. So you wouldn't really be bothered by any football crowds if Clydebank was playing... [ more ]

Baths!
Former Member I have a white plastic corner bath - I mainly shower but I do lubs a good soak in a tub from time to time. I previously had a pink jacuzzi type bath but hardly ever used the jacuzzi When I lived with my grandma in Ireland she had an outside privy and the bath was a tin one in front of the fire. We used to have to wait until my grandfather had gone to the pub before we bathed they eventually turned one of the bedrooms into a bathroom after granddad died [ more ]
Cosmopolitan I love a nice bath with a bit of Jo Malone or somesuch froth and bubble thrown in - not that I get the time to luxuriate that often. Why does the phone always ring when I've just got settled...? So more often than not it's a once in a blue moon indulgence for me. I much prefer a shower anyway. When we refurbed the bathrooms we bought V and A Capri baths (extra deep for a good wallow) and the suppliers said a bathroom magazine had asked if they could do a photo shoot of the products in situ. Blizz'ard Just read it Joe - http://www.guardian.co.uk/comm...terrupted?intcmp=239 So, basically, we (Brit and Arg) were quite chummy in the seventies, and were having chats about some sort of share, or swap, but then Brit made friends with a horrid Chilean boy, who bullied a nice Chilean boy, which made the nasty Argy boys a bit worried that the nice villagers would notice that they were quite nasty, so they decided to distract the nice villagers with a gift, some islands with Brits and sheep on.
