Dirtyprettygirlthing We use chilli's all the time Saz.... HOwever... MrD is the one that uses them most (he cooks the chinese food).. and it doesn't bother him. So... I will invest in the bag of chilli's for the odd time I use them (& I don't think a quid a bag is that bad tbh) [ more ]

cologne 1 I've never had the slightest interest in watches apart fro my very first one, which I got from my parents for my 1st communion. Bolton Fan I think this programme should be used in schools. I don't know what they do in PE/games these days but when I was at school (over 30 years ago now) it meant competing against each other in athletics which was mad! I was just over five feet competing against girls five ten, five eleven sometimes with legs up to their armpits - and I wondered why I could never hope to beat them! I thought it was because I couldn't run and that has stayed with me all my life - until now. [ more ]

Cagney Anything you run to has to have a really fast beat otherwise you'd just plod along. It's not so much about the lyrics. I'm stuck in the 80s so my iPod is full of cheesy songs but when I've got a few pounds to shift I step it up a gear with my favourite musical genre...heavy metal.
