One of the worst as regards customer care etc. I was happy with orange broadband and BT for phonecalls at me old address.However my niece and her partner moved in with me last year and had a full BT package, rather than pay penalties for closing the account it was transferred to my address ,she pays for it.That's the only reason we are with them.I'd go back to Orange in a flash, if i had to.
