Garage Joe She was born into it since her Dad wrote for the Street. Her husband indeed is a TV Producer, however the reason she has had success is because she is a superb actress. It's amazing how hard women have to work to achieve recognition, without it being suggested that it's other bugger's efforts. Very often I'm "minding" Mrs Jer at conferences, meetings, or whatever, and still remain astounded at the attitude towards her. Ells I've seen a lot of spam recently Joe, pretty graphic pictures of rape or naked women and I'm wondering are people actually clicking on these things? How do you end up with that on your wall if you haven't clicked to watch it? Or could it be from liking something else? Whatever the cause, it's disgusting. [ more ]

Soozy Woo What a lovely family. I imagine the stress (although joy too) of having six babies/small children could have put a dreadful strain on the relationship. It certainly looks like (as someone in the programme said) John and Janet (?) were hand picked for the job. They managed it all beautifully and have six well adjusted/happy/loving girls. Monkey Planet - Tonight
Cinds I am a huge fan of any ape species, they fascinate me. Especially Bonobos I read a novel called 'Ape House' by Sara Gruen, 3 years ago and it was brilliant. It was a story about a big brother style TV programme but with Bonobos. Again in im going to mention the documentary "A Conversation with Koko". Watch it. Brilliant. [ more ]

kattymieoww Really enjoyed this series it's a damn shame what's happening to the orangutans(and other apes and monkeys),man as usual to blame.Palm sugar is the new "in" ingredient in recipes,jungles are being flattened to make way for palm sugar plantations etc,makes me wince when those telly chefs use in their recipes I shout at the telly.
