CYBERDAZZLEI have never been a fan of the conceited Paul McCartney~ he tries to act cute ~ young and cool~but he sure isn't ~ even in his day ~he thought he was~and acted like he was something very special I liked a couple of their songs~ I think their hair style and all being dressed in those identical collarless suits ~~was the main reason they did so well [ more ]
portoVeggie - aaawwwww - Scotland never did stand a chance imo though - the Dutch were kind leaving it a 1-0. We need a team who WANT to play for our country, not get an International Cap to add to their CV. [ more ]
Former Memberbumping just to remind folk there is another game on tonight! [ more ]
Former MemberWhen I was last in the job centre, the bloke who dealt with me was like Michael Palin in the Life of Brian, handing out crosses or freedom. Bless him, he was too nice for the job. I suppose he didn't get hit much, being like that. [ more ]
MoominWhat Croc said for ENgland, Scotland HAVE to beat Holland tonight to stand any chance of even getting into the play off places. [ more ]
CroctacusIf England win, we're though, if England draw we're through, if England lose we'll still be through but will have to seal it in the next game. [ more ]

Free ThinkingNot that surprised Tom and Noirin got together, they both thought they were better than those in the BB house, so there's a link there. [ more ]
Free ThinkingDon't know why there is hatred for Issac, he was only in there a few days. He stood up to Bea while he was there as well. [ more ]
darloboy (Play The Game!)Noirin/Tom This line made me laugh: Noirin seems to be going through BB men quicker than winner Sophie Reade scoffs hot dinners. [ more ]

disley21I can remember Hyland being quite supportive of BB back in the day. Like many, he thinks it's gone off the boil. Is he not allowed to say that or something? [ more ]
CosmopolitanYep, he likes to score points (as is evident in the fact that he has to dig out Piers Morgan at every give opportunity). Who cares who he's got a grievance with..! LF has been a big issue this year. It's laughable that it was only briefly commented about on BBLB. You could almost hear the producer shriek down George's earpiece "Move along now PLEASE!" [ more ]
AquariusHyland was being acerbic just for the hell of it. He was out to pan the show come what may. However, I liked Jim Shelley & Tim Teeman's take on it. Both rounded and balanced My biggest criticism was (predictably ) no live feed. This killed the show for me. [ more ]
GMAI do - I love his smell, tone of voice everything - and it's better now the kids are leaving home - middle one, daughter left to go. We're so tired tho' doing the house up after the kids leaving home - I don't work (not claiming) and hubby has a managerial/yet physical job. My late Dad's money is paying for our house refurbishment. He knows I just love it when he just comes up to bed at night. I do love him. [ more ]
Darthhoobcan hear it all the time it is on, they are an eldery couple and although they have family over alot why need the washing machine on THAT much . the noise doesn't bother me and OH so much, but it wakes my 1 year old up and keeps him awake..which DOES bother us [ more ]
GMAMy dentist is g a y but so lovely and professional, he won't put up with any nonsense and always has the latest stuff. I am private btw but he's like this anyway! i would travel miles to see him, he can't ever retire! Thank goodness he saw the light - nothing much worse than toothache! My hubby had a wisdom tooth that they couldn't remove in Turkey (where he was born/brought up 28 yrs ago) however, when he was 23 I took him straight to the dentist here and told them he was supposed to just... Darthhoobi dunno, i know it can be risky as can burst, if the pus gets into blood stream you can be in trouble. they reduced his with a strong course of anti-biotics for 2 weeks before the op. but was still pretty big. had to cut into his gums and take 3 teeth out to reach it (they needed to come out anyway really..along with another 2) it was caused by a tiny chip of bone from his cheek from when he was bottled at a rock concert years ago [ more ]
Darthhoobthe dentist we have now is great (with lovely eyes ) it's the whole 'going to the dentist' thing that still worries my OH. he will go though...as long as i do lol!. he was in bad pain yes, he's definately better since he had it removed! he was quite sickly before, and pain was getting so bad he had to quit a driving job he had as the bouts of pain were so sudden and often...dangerous to drive. he did look like Alien when he came out of hospital after having all those teeth out though gums... Lil MiszI can just see the oldies down my street discussing this one: "Oh our Donna was in hospital last week-biscuit injury" "Poor love biscuits arnt like they used to be" "I know have you seen those custad creams they should come with a health warning" "Tell me about it you could poke yourself in the eye with one them" [ more ]

TiGiI think it's okay to like Live Cloud and theres a fair few that do already. It's also okay to dislike it. I hate the format, have tried to get used to it, it's just not happening for me. I don't think it ever will. It's too complicated. I like the simplicity of this forum and most other forums I've used. I have FB as a social networking site. So I'll probably post elsewhere. Maybe Spykas place will liven up once this place goes. [ more ]

*BB*If everyone stopped buying and eating lamb, pork and beef, the farmers would stop producing sheep, cattle and pigs. They spend a fortune on keeping the pasture in good shape to feed and enclose their animals, they pay a fortune on feed, they pay a fortune on vets bills. So there would be no gamboling lambs, or calves or cute piglets anywhere. They would die out. [ more ]

skiveI've wanted one for ages! I had insomnia last summer and used to watch the ped egg on those late night shopping special things they have on various digital channels. I asked for one for xmas but never got one. Men are rubbish at remembering stuff like that - I always remember little 'likes' as stocking fillers. He paid my dentist bills instead of a pressie but then I had nothing to open on xmas day. I'm so gonna get one now and wrap it up and give it to myself as a pressie. [ more ]
TiGiI bought one at the weekend! I love it. I'm using it mainly to aid weight loss so have bought the Wii Fit and it's great! [ more ]
kattymieowwWell each to their own,I'm not a gamer so don't like platform games( no patience) , or hunt and shoot 'em crap. The last game I liked was Crash bandicoot on PS1 "Crash team racing"! The Wii is good fun,I like my daft stuff on it,my niece and her fiance play "Manhunter" and gorefest stuff at times,to me that's boring and pointless. Why not smash watermelons with your head etc instead! [ more ]
