Former Member I absolutely loved this book right up until the ending which was very poor and ruined the whole thing for me. It had the chance to expand and possibly extend to a sequel but the ending was rushed and stupid imho. I will however, be watching the film [ more ]

ContessaQ propper way to cook chips is king edwards spuds. heat up chip pan to a medium heat and fry for about 5 mins then take em out and whack up the heat and plunge them back in until golden. result is fluffy middle and nice and crispy on the outside. hope the lil girl pulls through queenie x [ more ]

RZB Reference: Yeah, I know that ITV won't be showing the full thing. Mum was lucky enough to the concert so it will still nbe nice for her to see the extras on the DVD. I just think it's a bit crap putting it on before Christmas when a lot of people would clearly have bought the DVD for presents. When they put the Comeback tour on TV, a few weeks after the DVD had come out, sales shot up by 25,000 the next weekend, like wise the beautiful world tour after it was repeated soon after the dvd hit... RZB The show on ITV is not the full concert Q.O.T,H.T. you also get behind the scene footage on the DVD, as well as an additional DVD of live at Abbey Road , which is brilliant. [ more ]

Demantoid I'm not a Man Utd fan (although I LOVED their performance against us at the weekend ), but I'm still glad Giggs won. None of the others have been at the top of their profession for 20 years, and his peers also rightly gave him the PFA player of the year title earlier this year. MrMincePie See the doctor, I went through depression at 16... missed alot of school because of anxiety attacks, failed most of my GCSEs, we told the school that I was struggling alot at the time and I needed help but they just ignored my parents and piled the pressure on me to improve or be booted from the school... thankfully CAMHS ( Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) stepped in and bollocked the school for it [ more ]
