Dirtyprettygirlthing Awwww.... they will be juvenilles! Magpie youffs! Apparently they hang around in gangs (usually gender specific.. gangs of boys or gangs of girls)... then when they meet "the one"... the partner up with their mate for life. If one of the pair dies the other will then lose the will to live & basically stop looking after itself & eventually die itself. Hence the 1 for sorrow, 2 for joy, 3 for a girl.... etc [ more ]

Dirtyprettygirlthing I love our Starlings! All the other neighbours entice the dainty birds to their garden, we have the mob of starlings (who are just funny... they are like keystone cops when we put the food out for them). We also have the magpies & a jay. I love magpies too... they are beautiful. (sorry Elkie... but what they do is just nature... cats kill way more of the baby birds than the magpies do... so I just can't hold that against them. Crunchy Nuts The hoodie stereotyping that goes on is one of many despicable things that we can thank the Daily Mail newspaper for. I like wearing hoodies but because of the stereotyping I wouldn't dream of going out of my house in public wearing one, so only wear them to lounge about in indoors really. Triggers Reference:Leccy I can't see any other way of getting a list or whatever of ones I am in (if I'm in any that is) Just hover the cursor over the word "Livecloud" at the top left of the page. There will be a drop down menu, click on "your channels" and you will have a list of the ones you are a member of. [ more ]

It's also Labour who voted against an inquiry into the war. By not being the government of the day, the Tories are partially absolved and can use the excuse that Tony Blair lied to them. squiggle You're very welcome suzy. As I said at the start I don't have a scooby because I don't drink diet drinks anymore. I think having chemo changes what you can and can't tolerate and there's a lot I can't manage anymore. For some reason we are all becoming more sensitive to our food and drink. I think the huge increase in the chemicals our bodies are bombarded with doesn't help. [ more ]

Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing Reference: El Loro Re the posting problems. Although I have not had this problem since the update, I have had exactly the same problem sometimes (but only sometimes) for months - no icons. The screen looks as if I was already in the WYSIWYG screen, but clicking on the Toggle option has no effect. As I know from experience that I will not be able to submit a reply I don't bother. I think Theresa May voted for Civil Partnerships, so presumably she changed her mind before the coagulation coalition was formed, and I do think a very large proportion of the population have had their minds changed about these issues since Labour came to power. brisket I am very sorry to hear that some gremlins are at work. However, I am pleased to say that I, for one, am having no problems, and since the update everything has been working fine and efficiently, and the whole thing is an improvement. I have Firefox, but I mostly use IE 8 on Windows XP (SP3) when on LiveCloud. I hope the remaining problems are soon fixed, because I like all the changes. [ more ]
