Yogi19 Cologne, my mum couldn't get used to varifocals and went back to wearing bifocals. I think I'm okay with mine because my middle son used to work in the optical industry and tutored me in the correct way to wear them. The trick is to move your eyes, not your head. [ more ]

Former Member Actually agree with Karma. £30K a year for a young single lad sounds like a bit of a high salary, unless it 'is' on target earnings . Most jobs would not pay that, as a starter salary to a young lad, unless you had worked for the company for a good while and had worked your way up and trained along the way, or if you had rather significant qualifications/a degree etc. And I can't imagine that a company that just 'lowers peoples business rates' can make that much money. Carnelian Good, Good pop songs and TBH, they've been 'old' for quite some time and if I recall correctly have been partially active over the last 30 years. I don't think anyone will imagine they've still 23, they've been around and touring on and off for many years. Carnelian I don't get why Shirley Williams gets the Question Time gig so often. Since 1979 she's not been in government and therefore hasn't been responsible for any cabinet decisions or for defending decisions of a governing party. From 1981 - 2010 she's been in a party that hasn't been in government nor likely to form a government. OK, so the Lib Dems are in the government now and their cabinet ministers are mostly unpopular. El Loro I am already using the recently updated Flash player and now I have cleared the browser cache, Youtube is working OK. I posted this thread in case anyone else finds they have problems. I've seen another thread on the Youtube help forum and it seems that this problem has arisen for Firefox users as a result of the recent update to Flash player - this update has only happened in the last few days.
