I think the safety aspect being the biggest reason, and I also think new drivers should only be allowed car's with smaller engines, just until they're a bit more experienced. But I personally was shocked at the low value placed on some of my CD's which I know are worth more than the standard price they offer. I would caution. If you have anything which is rare or has some collectable value, use a site like ebay instead. [ more ]
