El Loro This is the trailer for Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956). This is probably the only science fiction horror film made before films such as Alien which still has a genuine sense of fear and tension, with the honourable exception of The War of the Worlds (1953) made a few years before. El Loro This is a warning about Eastern Promises. I cannot be certain about this as I did not choose to see this film yesterday. However I understand that there is a sex scene involving an underage prostitute in which she is fully nude. As far as I can tell from the IMDB website the actress who played the prostitute was at the time either 15 or 16. El Loro The majority of the films from the BBC are from BBC Films, I think. But The History Boys is the only film which comes from BBC Two Films. Some films are in the name of the BBC. One of the more suprising films from them is the Sam Raimi film "A Simple Plan" which I rate as the best American film of the 1990s. He is best known for the Evil Dead films and the Spiderman films, but this is his finest film in my opinion - a modern morailty tale on what greed can do to ordinary people. [ more ]

El Loro The figures I quoted on 6 June of the total daily leakage at up uo 19,000 barrels is now proving to be hopelessly too small, with the scientists today increasing this upwards to between 35,000 to 60,000 barrels. But there are so many films to choose from and I tend to watch films which fit my mood at the time.
