The HM's will find out sooner or later that the power was in the hands of a fellow HM. They always announce when the current power trip is over and IF there is no other signs of 'power' taken place, they'll know it had to be nominations. The Big Brother 2014 housemates took part in a battle of the bands in the house yesterday.
