Thingy I like all 3 all though marcus does annoy me from time to time but i'll wait and see as there is others further up my list, so it's freddie, marcus, charlie, kris and sophie up, imo looking at it strategically (hope i've spelt that right) Kris needs to go, him and lisa seem to be the more dominant of their clique and seem to have a bit of influance over the rest of their team so it'd shake things up [ more ]

Cold Sweat I would accept that many viewers might not find her entertaining – personally I disagree. But she hasn’t really done too much wrong, and it would be a shame if she went due to a punishment. One nomination from fellow housemates so far suggests that Sophie is a likeable person and easy to get along with. Also she tends to feature at the bottom of most disliked housemate polls – which suggests she is not offensive to the public. What we see on the HL show is a not enough, other than Freddie... As you cannot guarantee that all the voters of discounted votes will vote again and you cannot assume that no-one makes mistaken votes AFTER the website was corrected. Lindsxdx Our family is full of people who hang around after the event to keep an eye on whats happening, either looking out for us or too nosey to move on Both my Grandma and Grandad have made themselves known to my Mum and aunty. I know I have my Nan with me, from smells that come by at certain moments I knew someone was with me but didn't know who until a psychic a few months ago passed a message on that could only have been from my Nana. kimota The Charley thing was a real low point for me. the one time I boycotted the programme. It was just so blatant. She was'nt even a popular hm with the voters but they let the other hms believe she was. BB have always been inconsistant with punishments, but at least with this twist we have a choice to evict Kris, Charlie or Sophie or to evict the other two! [ more ]

Towno :) When you have young children and a limited budget laminate flooring is a Godsend. There is no way I would consider carpets throughout for a good few years yet. Sorry if your neighbours were a bit noisy for you, i'm sure in ny tenancy agreement it specifically states that acceptable noise includes footsteps, children playing and white goods. I might be guilty of the child and the laminate combo (and living in a flat), however mine is tucked up in bed by 7.30 week nights and we're usually out... [ more ]

She's been positioning herself closer and closer to Lisa and the gang, hence her unpleasant joint attack with Kris on Siavash. my daughter came home with the swine flu letter yesterday

Former Member Swine flu is in just about every school in the local authority I work for in London. Schools will only close if there are not enough staff available to be able to keep the school open. If parents keep their children off school because they are concerned about swine flu, their absence will generally be treated as unauthorised. [ more ]

StGeorgina Sadly there is now no way to contain the virus, so schools haven't been closing when they have suspected cases like they were earlier in the outbreak. There are several cases local to me, and like every other parent, it's a worry but we just have to hope our loved ones remain healthy and should the worse happen, that it's mild and easily overcome. With the summer holidays upon us, I wish all parents on the forum a fabulous time with their babies, and I hope not a single one of us has to go... [ more ]

Scotty I`m disappointed in Marcus voting for Freddie but of course it will have something to do with his obsession with Noirin. And Freddie voted for her..the irony. Rodrigo nominated Freddie because he 'avoids conflict'. I don`t get that Rodrigo always nominates Freddie with lame and stupid reasons.
