George Lamb is brilliant
porto Re: George Lamb is brilliant [ more ]
Former Member I like George, too! [ more ]
Free Thinking I'd rather if they were insulting of HMs that they were like that with all of them. Also, I'm not sure how much he is really interested and watches the show beyond what he has to. His opinions often just seem to mirror what the general Endemol stance on HMs is. O'Dreary wasn't that great either. But Brand was funnier (which tempered people taking his opinions seriously or too hard) and had at least a bit of charisma [ more ]

Sophie and Charlie make me cringe
Kaytee Charlie is a man I'd never tire of slapping, I loathe him as an HM, for the duration of BB. Sophie flies under my radar a lot of the time, but when she surfaces, she's very irritating and totally thick. Those boobs look ridiculous too. [ more ]
Blizz'ard Seriousness and sense of intrusion and coercion - The narcissist is dead serious about himself. He may possess a fabulous sense of humour, scathing and cynical. But he never appreciates it when this weapon is directed at him. The narcissist regards himself as being on a constant mission, whose importance is cosmic and whose consequences are global. If a scientist - he is always in the throes of revolutionising science. If a journalist - he is in the middle of the greatest story ever. This... [ more ]
Blizz'ard I found his behaviour towards Sree and Noirin disturbing. I hate the way he talks to the people being BB. He lies constantly and manipulates people. He has delusions of grandeur and is narcissistic. [ more ]

Tonights highlights show spoiler
Kaytee As it happens, it all turned out for the best, with Bea up and almost certain to go..happy days! [ more ]
Ruddy Rudy III I'll have to watch closer, but by reading it, it sounds like BB have basically chosen Bea as both Siavash and Sophie's nominations Both really annoying me now. 2 people who actually want to have a proper BB experience should be in their place. Hope they don't win. [ more ]

Tears in Big Brother
CheekyPixie Her face puts me in mind of a sour onion when she 'cries.' [ more ]
Free Thinking Most of the audience can't tell or don't even think about the difference between real/fake, or what is actually the thing provoking someone to cry. Charlie and David will go up in popularity as they cried alot, same for some others like Sophie. Marcus didn't cry therefore he will not gain so much. It's silly but that's how it seems to work. [ more ]
Ruddy Rudy III Different people react in different ways. A lot of what Bea's cried about would similarly upset me if I was in her position. Quite often she's cried, IMO, out of frustration. Aisleyne crying before returning to the main house seemed more out of guilt. Usually, I believe stress, fatigue, paranoia etc are the main causes of the crying. To be honest, I've never thought a HM's faked crying, even Chanelle during Violingate (even though it really annoyed me ) [ more ]

They all deserve a George Cross
Former Member Oh yes indeed, the 14 hour rant wouldve have sent me off, i dont know how they all put up with it. Lisa tried her best i must say to get them all enjoying their party. I wouldve taken her to one side and had a good talk with her, but then i would probably have been accused of bullying her and upsetting her again [ more ]

I am getting a new car next month and need advice
monkey13 Locks I too am getting a new mobility car next month. I've gone for the new Renault Megan and just to look a little more jazzy have gone for the coupe. But the deposit was low and the comfort in Renaults are always good. The Clio is another option, they are much bigger than they look and are economical to run. This car will be my 4th Renault. When I've shopped around I have found other similar models less luxurious. Hope this helps.. [ more ]
BBBS since its a motobility car so you dont have to worry about depreciation or it falling apart from rust in 5 years you might look at the smaller fiats, they are cheap to run, and its good enough for m.shumaker (sp?) and james may. if you plan on buying the car after your 3 years then a toyota or mazda or vw is probably the best bet because of their reliability. that said i'm probably not the best person to advise on small, practical, family cars. ♥PinkBabe1966♥The Angel under the tree! Astra's are good on fuel ecomony, my husband has a 54 reg Astra 1.7TDi estate and it's brilliant on diesel, and he being a taxi driver does mostly town driving. I have a 1.2 Vauxhall Corsa which is fantastic on petrol, 10.00 lasts me nearly a fortnight, but I haven't done a lot of driving lately. Corsa's are deceptive, because they look small but my old 4 door Corsa was quite roomy. I now have a two door and absolutely love it, wouldn't have another car, well except for a 59 reg Corsa!! ot: help wanted (1) - red in the wash :(
BBBS sounds like its good stuff (and i dont mean the muppet ex ) [ more ]
Lazybug I know hun but I just thought I'd mention it as I have never looked back since using colour catcher. It was just an aside. I put colour catcher in every wash and my whites are white white white and all my friends ask me how I keep everything so white and that's the secret and also I NEVER have anything remotely coloured near a white wash. I hope you manage to get the red out with the stain removers [ more ]
SazBomb Thats what I was thinking of! I used one before when my muppet ex put in a light top of mine in the wash with his jeans The dylon stuff worked a treat though [ more ]
