*BB* If everyone stopped buying and eating lamb, pork and beef, the farmers would stop producing sheep, cattle and pigs. They spend a fortune on keeping the pasture in good shape to feed and enclose their animals, they pay a fortune on feed, they pay a fortune on vets bills. skive I've wanted one for ages! I had insomnia last summer and used to watch the ped egg on those late night shopping special things they have on various digital channels. I asked for one for xmas but never got one. Men are rubbish at remembering stuff like that - I always remember little 'likes' as stocking fillers. He paid my dentist bills instead of a pressie but then I had nothing to open on xmas day. I'm so gonna get one now and wrap it up and give it to myself as a pressie. [ more ]

kattymieoww Well each to their own,I'm not a gamer so don't like platform games( no patience) , or hunt and shoot 'em crap.The last game I liked was Crash bandicoot on PS1 "Crash team racing"! The Wii is good fun,I like my daft stuff on it,my niece and her fiance play "Manhunter" and gorefest stuff at times,to me that's boring and pointless. Why not smash watermelons with your head etc instead! [ more ]

lightfoot My X expected me to see to the: House i.e. cleaning(he wouldn't have a cleaner)cooking,shopping, pay bills etc.etc. Kids VAT Books horses cats& dogs not in any particular order, as long as his needs were met first!!!!!! In my spare time??? I was lucky if I had a f*****g bath.. Hence he is my EX. thank goodness.... What did he do??? I've not been able to be on here today because, after updating my browser, I can't get online at all anymore and eventually decided to resort to my old computer. Daniel, I have to be careful because of the stipulation by DWP of me not being able to earn more than £20 per week. Kaytee It's in the nature of business not to pay their bills until they absolutely have to. Unforunately, as a Freelance you have to fight your own corner with other suppliers of goods and services for payment, whatever your personal circumstances...those that shout the loudest get paid. [ more ]

kattymieoww I moan about BT but if you are with them,they fix all your landlines faults etc "free",Bloody well think so at £34 .00 odd a quarter line rental.That can be more than my calls in three months. Any way about a year ago my landline phone was crackling/hissing badly.BT (trying to put folk off I suspect)stated if there is no line fault etc you may be charged £60.00 for an engineeer to come out.Go ahead I said,bloke was here for two hours checking the line constantly,it finally crackled for... Free Thinking Sophie had some charm, but I would call it more cuteness. That would appeal maybe more to the male part of the audience. I think the innocent part had a more general appeal, although of course it always helps if a HM can look conventionally attractive as well. I don't deny that she had some humour too, some intentionally some maybe not. I don't think on it's own though that was really enough for her. Humour I think was more central to Marcus. [ more ]
Cold Sweat I would suggest that Sophie also used charm. It would be very interesting to see the percentages for Week 9 when we had everyone involved in the positive vote. My theory is that Sophie was already popular at that point – long before the HL edit focused upon her lack of intelligence. [ more ]

*BB* Some years ago something similar happened to me. My nursing officer kept phoning me every few days demanding to know when I was going back on duty while I was signed on the sick with pneumonia by my GP. I told my GP and he reported her for harrassment. The telephone calls stopped! [ more ]
