*SPOILER* Someone has walked.
Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing I had considered that possibility, but as I am not watching every show, I was quite happy to read the thread, whichever way it turned out. However I still would suggest the title of this thread should be shorter! e.g. *SPOILER* Someone has......... [ more ]
Former Member I don't think Rawks does them anymore. Anyone who puts themself up on the internet with honesty is bulletproof. That's a wee tribute Rawky. [ more ]

Yogi19 We all feel guilt about things we did or didn’t do. The important thing is to learn from our mistakes and make better choices in the future. [ more ]
Saint They say live without regret - that's impossible - we all have it Since stopping work three yrs ago I've had time to ponder life a little and how silly it all is. We pressure ourselves and then it's Sunday where we suddenly don't have to 'meet targets' - bizarre. Then it's Monday … and we do. Daft when you think. My future? A care free life is my priority [ more ]
Dame_Ann_Average I have many regrets Velvet, I could have, should have done it better...it would eat you up if you dwelt on it [ more ]

Baz Yes ...tbh I can’t see that a slice of egg custard tart and a hot pot were pushing the boundaries much [ more ]
Rexi I fell asleep last night and caught up with it today. I think Spencer should have got it on the night, but they were all fab and would all have been a deserving winner [ more ]
Yogi19 Thanks for that, El. Whilst I’m not a fan of sob stories on competitive reality shows and I really wanted Martin to win, you’d need to have a swinging brick for a heart to not appreciate how devastated Jon was by his mother’s death and how winning Masterchef has given him a much needed lift. Happy birthday Cold Sweat
Former Member Belated returns CS. As Carnelian said - no one can touch you [ more ]
Carnelian Happy Birthday Cold Sweat, we've spared over housemates of many years past but you have a great taste in music! Anyone with your taste in music must be a top bloke (I know you're not a woman, so no sexism implied) Since you had a crap birthday thanks to illness, have a great year for the next 12 months! Bodyguard Finale - 9pm, Sunday
Carnelian Awesome end to the series but it's all down to Jed Mercurio and his approach to build up and flesh out leading characters, make them strong nuanced, seemingly layered, likeable, or flawed but sympathetic, unlikable, relatable, sympathetic or villainous characters only to off them at any point in the plot. You don't know what's going to happen in the next minute - that's the genius. That's a craft in suspense that Mercurio excels at but most fail at. [ more ]

Big Brother News - SPOILER ALERT
Saint Apparently the Twitter account was still active when she entered the house. Then deleted when she was in Odd …. if true [ more ]
Crunchy Nuts Based on tonight’s episode, the fact they handed her a piece of paper with the tweets on and asked her if she wrote them suggested to me that all they had as proof were screen shots that could have been real or fake but couldn’t be proved either way. So I’m pretty sure if she’d lied and said no then that would have been the end of it and she would have stayed. Silly girl. [ more ]
Eugene's Lair I would have thought that very likely. Perhaps the biggest problem would be how any new HM would fit into the BigCoin task. I can see three possibilities: 1) Bring a new HM in immediately after the first eviction; 2) Make the new HM exempt for this week; 3) Give the new HM Ellis' BigCoin. [ more ]

El Loro Velvet, you might be interested in getting a DVD of "Tunnel of Fear" from places like Amazon. It's from the first series of the original Avengers and had been thought lost until it was found fairly recently. It's a standalone episode, not on the Avengers box sets of the early series which have been available for some time. [ more ]
