The guy appeared on Live at the Apollo last year and centred his act on the property of being offended. "have you never heard of sticks and stones?" he said. Much as though I dislike Clarkson and his carcentric claptrap, it's clear to me that this was mainly another thinly veiled attack on the BBC by the usual suspects. [ more ]

Former Member I use to open them on Christmas Eve because I was dating an Austrian and they open their on that day during Heilige Abend and I carried on the tradition for a bit Now I tend to open them at 12.01am precisely cos I can never wait till the morning. I think it goes back to my childhood because my sister was a sod and would open us kids pressies and eat all our chocolate before we got up not that I get many presents these days - the dog gets more than I do [ more ]
