I googled it for him and his reaction was 'tears', I honestly think he thought it would be amusing, he is 15 and they have odd ideas. Temps Thanks guys. I'm all committed and healthy and focused So when you're ready for it change can be great. Still a bit to go before I'mdone though. Soozy that's fantastic. I started in January with the jogging. I wanted to get started so by the summer I would be fit and look like I know what I'm doing on the road.
