Ells I have a personal trainer friend on facebook who posts a lot of advice on weight loss/training etc and he REALLY promotes the use of coconut oil and real butter over the 'diet' or healthier alternatives. I have no idea about the science of it all (I just like to see his before and after pics of clients and wow at them) but he has brilliant results with his clients using them. [ more ]

The most telling part of the whole final...
Yellow Rose A guest on Couch Potatoes thought the reason Sam won was because of a split vote for Gina and Dex as they were both popular. Also after Gina left and it stopped being Live with the phones closed the public couldn't switch their vote from Gina to Dex. The majority view in the Couch Potato chat room was that Sam wasn't the deserved winner. On FB as well it was similar, somehow he won by default it seems [ more ]

Yellow Rose I listened to Couch Potatoes for the first time thanks to the link here. Over 300 people took part in the chat room and the majority and the guests had no clue as to why Sam won. I checked FB as well and again the same opinion, whereas very recently Sam was the fave to win. For me Sam has been the worst winner and most boring ever along with the Christian guy who won years ago...can't remember his name. [ more ]

Mount Olympus *Olly* it's no different. . roots touched up a bit, side fringe combed further to the side instead of covering half her face. .weave probably trimmed a bit to be less shaggy. . she wouldn't have had a full on hair redo in there. . those weaves take hours and hours to do... usually a whole day.. minimum 10 hrs.. they have to take the old weave out first which takes a good while and then put the new one in.. that's just a trim of what she already had in.. they'd not let her be having her hair done... To me SUPPER was an English thing except when you went to the 'chippy' and bought a Fish Supper. DINNER was a special meal, reserved for Sundays and special occasions: Birthdays, Christmas, New Year, Other Special Days. [ more ]
