Carnelian I can't remember where it was but a read a TV critic's review where it was speculated why Ian Beale, Max Branning and Phil Mitchell (all irredeemably flawed characters and let's face it, hardly lookers) seem to be irresistible to women in EE. It wouldn't happen in real life - would it! A bit like boring Ken Barlow being the super stud, ultimate catch in Coronation Street for all those years. [ more ]
