I've been into co op today and spent just over £19 and I got a receipt with £2 off on it, your meant to save all the money off receipts you got and then use them when you want, they said your points are being rolled over to next time [ more ]
My Corp points are still featured online, but with no other info, so who knows? Won't stop me shopping there though. [ more ]
Crosses Co-op of shops list.... Rarely go anyway now. I find their shops small with narrow aisles and the checkouts are not user friendly. [ more ]

I watched some of this documentary, Cinds. Had to turn away at times as I'm a bit squeamish but I agree that it was rather thought-provoking. I don't know if it was the secret serviceman that accidentally shot the President but it definitely looked as though there were two types of bullet involved [ more ]
Did any of you watch a documentary on over the weekend regarding JFK where they theorised that it was an accidental shot from a CIA officer that hit him in the head. It was quite interesting. I do like watching conspiracy theory documentaries. 911 The Ripple Effect is one of my favourites. [ more ]

Mine will probably have to wait until December this year as I am away at the end of the month visiting my bestie and we get back on 1st Dec so that's when they will go up...I won't be able to wait any longer!!! I am already contemplating putting them up next weekend so that I can watch Dr Who with the twinklies on but MrB says that is too early, even for us!!! I may work on him though!! Ours come down around 2nd Jan....and by the 3rd I'll be wanting to put them back up!!! [ more ]

Confusion marketing. It seems so many companies try it. I was in a supermarket recently, you know, one of those that tells us how they are so much customer focused in their ads. Well they price apples differently depending on if they are loose or in packs. One is by the kg, the other is b y the piece or apple if you like. So you have to piddle around trying to find scales and work out what the pack price per kg is. Come on just price everything the same by the kg. Grrrrrrrrrrr. But back on... [ more ]

I have to agree Rosie, I'm a massive Motown fan..and she was Motown to me She wears those fitted sequin dresses so well, she's actually not that tall, about my height 5' 3". On that occasion we were on the first two or three row from the stage on the end of the aisle. So every time she had a dress change she ran past us, although we were all warned not to reach out or make sudden movements by her security She made comments to loads of us every time she passed [ more ]
