The handcuffed couples
Former Member Day 25: The cuffs that split the House in two 25 days ago, 12 fresh housemates entered the Big Brother House, each of them cuffed to another of their number. Two-by-two they wandered meekly in, and the eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed something a bit peculiar. Of each pair, only one remains for the final. No two that entered the compound together survives to see the final. How on earth has this happened? What the devil is occurring? We're taking an important look at each twosome to... [ more ]

The mind is a funny place.
MikeOxlong I lost mine years ago somewhere in a 40,000 watt P.A. stack at Hammersmith Odeon watching Mot örhead whilst out of my head on some illicit substance or another..... 3 days later when my ears stopped ringing - I realised that where there was once bass - there was virtually none. Gone for ever through a moment of stupidity. Hence the 600 watt amp and twin subs in the car - I at least have bass I can FEEL even if I can't hear it. [ more ]

Life is short.
MikeOxlong I lost my best friend to lung cancer last Sept and that was what hit me. Life IS short - and precious. You never know what is round the corner. Grab each day by the balls and enjoy every second you have on this planet - cos there's no re-run when it's too late and you have regrets. And as VD says - only in slightly different words - do as you would be done by. [ more ]

Jim's wife comes to the house vid
Yogi19 Aww, that was lovely, and I think it will give Jim a well deserved lift, after all the Nasty Nolan rubbish. I saw the vid with Casey's mum and liked how she thanked Jim for looking after her daughter. I liked how Jim's wife and daughter went over and hugged Dappy , as he has been the only one to stick by Jim. [ more ]
