How much water do you drink a day?
Mount Olympus *Olly* I don't drink 2 litres all in one go but I have a glass that I top up throughout the day and night. Also take it to bed with me so it's the first drink I have before I even get up... The only reason I know it's about 2 litres is because I have an empty 2 litre soda bottle that I fill with water and use to top my glass up during the day as I would be back and forth to the kitchen non stop and I am a lazy bugger.. occasionally I have to refill it too so go over the 2 litre mark.. the fizzy... Soozy Woo My friend had a brain tumour - it came out of nowhere - she was operated on one day and the next she was on the phone chatting and laughing with me. Unfortunately it was discovered to be a secondary tumour and she died a year later from the primary cancer(s). [ more ]

Major fire at the Glasgow School of Art
Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing Just watching it on the Scottish news. Smoke damage is making it look rather sad, but it's looking quite sturdy. Apparently so much of the building and contents were saved because the Fire Brigade took the decision to enter the building and fight the fire from within! [ more ]
