Some of the staff can be a little petty on those at the top of the tree are more concerned with lining their pockets then the welfare of the staff and students, job hunt for that reason but other than that I love my job.

My lectures changed times at the beginning of semester- one lecture clashed with a shift at work, I told them, they bitched about having to change it
I had an exam on a saturday- gave them 2 months notice to get a holiday, 2 weeks before the exam they said I couldnt have holiday, I told them I wouldnt be able to come in whatever, they told me they would take it as my notice if I didnt show up (luckily someone covered me)
