Ok

Your child-like avatar suggests to me that you see this forum as an escape from your real life, where you can be playful and "get away from it all". The picture looks like maybe a Mckenzie Thrope picture? You may also be a parent as there is a "mommy and baby" look. You are fun and non-threatening; you are here for a laugh. Your role as a parent (or grown-up in a child's life) is your personal definition of what is iomportant to you.

It's a Caroline Shotten pic, I have 4 children who are my life but the pic is a link to my oh, spot on though x

Love it....could you tell me where to find it please Big Grin

Hi Coldy - wavey

I originally found it on Photobucket but I think, if you right click on the little guy here, a list will appear and you can save it to 'your pictures' or wherever else you wish to save it on your laptop/computer.

I'm not a great football fan myself but I support Chelsea (simply because I used to live quite close to their ground). Poor reason really but you know how fickle we women can be eh?

Hi HB! wavey

I assumed you were off line yesterday and you'd asked me about a recipe for 'lemon curd' - here goes:

Lemon Curd -

4 lemons, rind and juice
4 eggs
110g/4oz butter
450g/1lb sugar

Method
1. Grate rind of lemons and squeeze out juice. Put sugar, rind and juice, butter and beaten eggs into a large basin on top of a pan of simmering water. Stir with a wooden spoon until thick and curd coats the back of the spoon. Pour into warm sterile jars, cover, seal and label. Refrigerate.

It is easy. Sorry I'm late in replying. Valentine
