(This is prompted by watching a news item about the NI Water mess, but is by no means confined to them. It applies to many organizations.)
The officials and spokespeople keep saying "You'll find it on our website."
I get very annoyed with the massive assumption that everyone has access to a computer. There must be many people who do not have a computer and do not want one.
Ease of information is often little better if one tries to do it by phone.
Call centres!!!!
You spend ages listening to cracked, tinny music and to repeated messages of apology. I am in a queue, they are extra busy, I am important to them, please keep hanging on, more lousy music, more recorded messages.
Just how easy is it go get informtaion these days?
