I was looking at a pic one day and wondered what part of Italy it was.

It turned out to be Edinburgh.

Simply beautiful.

We stayed in Loch Kishorn cologne, but we went all over. I loved Plockton and Ullapool ... but my favourite was the Three Chimneys Restaurant on the Isle of Skye. They do a Seven Tastes of Skye menu - all locally sourced food, with a wine selection to match each course.

Actually, I've only been up around the Inverness and Dornoch areas proper, but I'll never forget the food.
