I had it end of last week and over the weekend, husband got it after me along with the dogs.

Seems it's going to peak around Christmas time,so far no one has it in our household.

Get some pepto bismal ASAP! It work swell I can't stand Xmas bugs, they're a nuisance! Mr summer always gets ill at some point during his time off, and I felt sick all last xmas so didn't enjoy the food.. Lets hope everyone is feeling good this Yuletide

I couldn't find Pepto Bismal anywhere and had to settle for the much lesser preferred Gaviscon (which i hate)

Its gone down though .. like swallowing phelgm, yum

My dads had it this week, so the rest of us will probably get it some, I have felt sick but haven't been *crosses fingers*

My heart goes out to anyone who has it...i'd hug you but I dont want to catch anything...so I hope this smiley will do.

My colleague had it at work. Took a few days to get over it. He said the only upside was he lost some weight!!

No vomiting or runs though

My Daddy's advice was always 'Go sit on the loo for a while'   pretty basic....but it worked most of the time.

I missed my youngest's school play today because the school expects 6 year olds to be able to remember to tell their parent's what day and time to come see the play at and then tells the kids they sent text messages to all parents (I checked every msg in my phone....2 from school about xmas dinner but none about school plays) he was so upset when no-one was there to see him perform and tbh so am I

Modern technology , whatever was wrong with the note pushed into the child's hand (that smelt nice and arrived screwed up) at the end of the day to be given to Mum?

He said there were other parents there but that some kids' parents didn't show up either.  Not sure if they didn't receive texts either or just couldn't make it.  

 

He sang some of his songs for me and did the wee actions as well but I wanted to see the whole show.  I have written in his note book that there were no texts sent and that both he and I were upset that I missed out on it.  He said it was filmed so maybe I can get a copy, still not the same as being there when he was looking for me though.

I know Tina, I can just picture his wee face though looking for us in the crowd and being distracted coz he was trying so hard to find us

 

I wish they'd just get the kids to write it down in their homework books aswell.

TBH, Pain killers might make you worse, stomach lining and all that........best if you can ride it out 

Maybe it's not the bug then Saint if nothing is shifting.  Don't let it go on too long before seeking medical advice if it's agony
