I work for the CEO's office, directly under Charlie D.. next person who calls tell them that you are being harrassed and that you've contacted CEO's office about it and will be contacting Ofcom if they don't stop.. be careful you dont get 'slammed' though ( where the TT agent takes your line over anyways, if you get a letter from ur current provider saying that you are moving call them straight away to remove the Disconnection that will be on your line, also PM me if you do get 'slammed' and i can give you more advice xx
