Hi Kaffy. I did watch Strictly but I had visitors so couldn't post. I though Abbey was good.

I agree with you about the slow singing.

I liked her too, but she doesn't seem to be popular so don't think she'll last.

someone did a slow version of something on the Voice really well and since then they've all jumped on the bandwagon i think.

Was it that quirky one who was in Danny's group?

She's better than most that's already through...IMO.

This is the first bit of X-Factor I've watched in weeks. She was OK, but I did not think she was amazing. It don't say much for the other singers if she is the best so far.

Indeed.

But the girls category is the best this year...I think, so that doesn't say much for the competition as a whole.

I was really bored a couple of nights ago and saw an episode of X Factor USA, and the difference in the quality of singers is huge.

So, who will get the chop?

If it were my choice it would have been Jabba...the big black girl.

Jabba! You're chucking the insults about tonight.

I see TV and film characters in all of these hopefuls.

The prison officer singer.

It's a reference to a prison drama that I have never seen, isn't it?

I'm with you now, although I never watched it.

That just reminded me... where did Amy Mottram get to - thought she was back again... as well as Melanie.
