11 Jan It's been a bit wet round here... maybe I have a damp problem?

11-1-15 Yorkshire puddings cooked in some of the dripping from the roast beef, they were bloody delicious.

Delicious though they are... I always think blackberries look a bit like insects or alien life forms...

I know! And the picture doesn't do how it actually looked any justice. It was lovely.

Called brambles round these parts.

funnily enough.... we used to call them brambles when we used to pick them in the countryside - but I've always called them blackberries when bought from the supermarket.  Don't know why..

14-1-15 This is Hero the Staffordshire bull terrier cross puppy that we sponsor through the RSPCA. Poor baby was approx 8 months old when rescued.  He was covered in cigarette burns & had a horrendous injury to one of his hind legs which resulted in it having to be amputated. 

Look at his cute little mouth. I wish I could bring him home.

What a gorgeous pup. I know what I'd like to do to people who treat animals that way. I hope they are able to find him a nice home.

15-1-15 I love fairy lights, a bit too much. Here's what I have on my dining table.

13 January - behold my hand bruise (how does that even happen?!)

14 January - The rope hanging from this building caught my eye, then I noticed the bike standing up in the doorway halfway up         

Saz, the bruise on your hand. Are you prone to the evils of the door handle?

Door handles hate me. They are either jumping out & bashing my hands so I get similar bruises to yours OR they jump out and some how hook themselves on to belt loops of my trousers.
