So cute
From my seat at the Chinese on friday night.
It looks empty because I took the picture quite late on.
And in the other direction.

And they do at 4am.
I would have been too full of food to make any kind of getaway

Lol
Actually the discussion made me realise I have loads of photos to post but not yet done so.
To be fair three of other FM's use it more than me.
But it hadn't been used for a while before your post

All the more reason for it to be a sticky - so it can be found easily.
Thanks @Lori
The car pic will be of interest to a friend of mine who works for Dunlop.
The third picture looks like it would be a nice place to have a home (is it an office?). I like the curved balconies.
The final picture looks like someone is bending over on the top of the tall structure to the left hand side. I suspect it may be a lamp of some sort.
More would be welcome (but don't feel pressured).
I have been watching this along with Yogi.
If I had more, I'd post more, but that's the extent of my photos this trip.
i had meetings one day, we went to a couple of art museums, I ran in Central Park two mornings, and we went to see a show (Kinky Boots--fabulous!) but that's about all we had time for.

That's gorgeous EC ....fantastic photo
That's so pretty, EC: the delicate beauty of nature...
I just got back from a weekend in Arizona. I THINK I saw the Grand Canyon when I was a kid, but Mr. Lori and I drove to see Sedona, which is near the Grand Canyon. I took a bunch of pictures, but these were 2 of my favorites:

Haha, it does! We were saying on the drive that it feels like this is the only place left in the US that looks like it's a Western movie set. Although I suppose parts of Montana and Wyoming might still look that way.

Stunning pics, Lori.
Thanks! I took those with my iPhone!
I hope you do get to visit, EC--it's lovely, and those pictures can't really do it justice.

The only place I have visited in the US is Florida, doing the usual Miami, tampa, space centre and Disney. Did not get to the end of the key as my dad turned the car back
I can imagine the landscape you pictured above to be awesome.

That didn't work out too well. Gardeners chopped it down!
A question to you all. Is a Project 365 in 2017 thread to be created and stickied with the 2016 one being unstickied. Alternatively is this thread to be renamed and continued?
I think EC is the best person to make a decision being the originator.
This thread started life as '......2015' and was just changed to '.......2016', so I think EC will just change it to '........2017' when the time comes.
I went out for a walk today and took a few pictures. It was a bit overcast, so the light was pretty poor (I'm going to give them another go in the summer). The pictures below are of a recent installation outside the City Hall to commemorate the contribution of the women of Sheffield during the wars.
The piece is called Women of Steel.
Today I seem to have been drawn to photographing statues during my walk around.
The first three/four (the first one is two slightly different shots) below are explained in the plaque in the final picture.

Thanks Baz. I keep trying my hand at it, some come out better than others.
The final two are of the same 'fella'. This statue was re-sited after they torn down the 'Egg-Box' building. I think it is called the Walking Man, but forgot to photograph the plaque.

Thanks Baz, I know sculpture is not everyones cup of Earl Grey
I'm looking forward to the cherry blossom. Want to capture some of that this year.

Oh I quite like sculpture ....both stone and metal .....
This weekend I stopped to read the inscription on a statue I have seen many times (It's located in the Cathedral grounds in the city center) but never looked at closely.
Today I took a few photographs. It would seem that James Montgomery was born in Irvine, Scotland.
...and a picture of a tree next to the statue.
