The sky from my kitchen window just before a thunderstorm.
Here is another attempt at a panorama photograph.

I was at a meeting today and when we were turned out at 2:30 I had a walk to the nearby Hillsborough Park. Took refuge under some trees as it was too darn hot and took a photograph from the duck pond to the ice cream van.
In the far distance you can just see Sheffield Wednesday FC stadium peeking through the trees.
That panoramic shot is brilliant, EC

Thanks Cosi.
I liked the name, EC and it reminded me of when you could get all your leather items beautifully repaired - there were shops like this in every town back in the day
Not posted in here before, but like looking at the pic's. I rather liked this scene today of one of the ponds at work, despite the grey sky

Wrong channel - you need UK Drama for that one
Alternatively, just push Branson in a puddle (he was a bit more durrrrrty in The Tudors).

The final day (last Sunday) of a three day music festival in the city centre. A bit wet to finish off.
Picture #2 + 3
On my way home from work today I noticed the sun dancing of the side of the City Hall building. I decided to try a couple of arty shots, I'll let you guy's and gals decide how successful I was.
During my Sunday walk I spotted a few of the flowers below. Thought I would take a quick snap and hopefully it would turn out OK as I had to lean over to get close enough!
Looks like Allium Summer Beauty.
Looks like Allium Summer Beauty.
Is that what it be.
I know not the names of most flowers.
I like the ball shape.
Allium is actually an ornamental Onion.
To be more specific, allium is the onion family....and allium giganteum is generally the large ball headed ornamental onion.
