I think it's 4 or 4.5. I don't change to a thicker tog in winter 'cos I hate getting too hot when I'm sleeping.

I have a 4.5(summer) and a 9(spring/autumn) which can be combined into a 13.5(winter if really really cold).

Ahh thanks Moonbeam - I knew I was correct re the 13.5.
We have the same quilt all year round as well - my OH is a chilly mortal anyway and if I get too hot I just lay on the top with a sheet.

Same as issy, I usually only cover my back with the duvet all year round, his nibbs wraps himself in it so you can just 'see' his nose and eyes, nutter.

I am greedy I have a duck or goose feather duvet - quite thick but not sure of the tog rate
in the winter I also have another 13.5 tog under my bottom sheet - tis lovely encased in a heat chamber through the coldest part of winter - till I tried the bottom one I wouldnt have believed what a difference it makes

I've got a 4.5 on at the moment but I was cold last night so I think I'll change to my 10 this week
