I rarely visit them, but I have occasionally popped into the long-established threads. and I have invariably been greeted in a friendly fashion and made to feel welcome.
I feel I am sort of saying 'I don't want to live here, but I just want to check you are all alright and to wish you well.'
Regulars have never caused me to feel like an outsider.

LOL... speaking for the residents of the Bungalow appreciate the visits... and are quite happy to pull up a cushion for squatters

There used to be a bit that told you who else was online, has that been removed ? or moved into a sub sub menu ?

Comrade.... if you click on the Live Cloud logo.. top left of screen... and then click Newtwork Home, those online shows up  on there.....

I may be wrong (I often am), but it seems to me that these days more people choose to have their online status hidden.
Also the little gingerbread man symbol next to a posters name is orange when online, and greyed-out when not on line.
(It is nice that you 'pop in' Comrade. I'm pleased.)

Sometimes I like the fact that the threads don't move so quickly as I used to have trouble keeping up with what was going on and I got fed up with loads and loads of multiple threads about the same thing
