Couldn’t have little ones in a house like that. Can you imagine if they climbed up onto those balconies and fell down that 3 storey drop 

those drops are not safe for children

According to all the Scandi dramas I watch, they all speak good English. If a Swede and Danish person meet, their languages are similar enough to understand each other but will often chose to speak English instead.
