Yes it is. We left it a bit late really because we're both in our late 30's, but luckily I caught within 24 hours of making the decision to try.

Still not decided, but current favourites are Ellis John/William or Nathaniel Edward for a boy, & Harriet Elizabeth or Hermione Jayne for a girl. That will probably be something completely diferent next week though.

Ellis is a unisex name, but so is mine (Alex) & my mum's (Glen). I like it because it fits all our citeria, it's not too popular, it's more than 100 years old, it's Anglo-Welsh and it's the male pseudonym of two of my favourite female authors, Edith Pargeter - Ellis Peters, and Emily Bronte - Ellis Bell.
Having D as your last initial makes things really difficult, I've already had to discount my favourite girl's name (Verity) for obvious reasons.
This names malarky is just so complicated! Our best friends' are called Mark & Sam & their surname also begins with D so they were really careful about what they chose for their little girl. They settled on Ella. It was too late before they realised Sam and Ella sounded like Salmonella, and now it's become an in joke.

Oh no, Sam amd Ella, I have a friend called Mike Hunt, worst of it is that's what his dad was called! Love Verity but think that's best avoided for obvious reasons! Love Harriet too but think I'd be avoiding the initials HED if I were you..too many possibilities for unkind nicknames
My great granddad was Nathaniel and my dad was Edward so that would be great in my book.

I was trying to find a name that would fit with the initials QED but only came up with Quentin or Queenie as a first name. I've tried to convince my hubby to change our last name by deed poll but he's having none of it. Stupid bliddy horrible surname.

Both hubby and I have cousins called Morgan.
The belt situation is still not sorted.
The physio phoned me on Friday and apologised for the mix up but they will have to order me a fem-brace in after they've measured me and it could take weeks to come, (bearing in mind I've only got nine weeks left anyway). I'm going on Tuesday so she can give me a standard belt. I'm really cheesed off because I could have just bought one of those months ago and not put up with all the pain. The midwife said she'd phone me on Friday to check the physio had been in touch. She didn't though. I'm definitely going to put a complaint in now.

I used to be Carer to my late brother (who was severely brain damaged) and mother and I got so irate (over a situation that could have proved fatal for my brother) that I threatened to go to the press.
It was sorted out but I wrote to my MP so he would know what was going on.
