we took less than the asking price but its horses for courses -I can still look for something that hopefully is slightly outside my price range but I can knock them down.
I am going to look at one tomorrow - 3 beds, garage which has been converted into a study and utility room, cul de sac location which is important and the seller wants a quick sale cos they are going abroad.

It is all a bit exciting.

Ohh well done - it's a great feeling when you finally sell isn't it?

Housing market certainly seems to be picking up at last.

I have been on the market since March and am getting a bit restless but .....

knew it  wouldnt happen quick because of the price catchment - hoping someone from the City wants to re-locate rural
