So we could have an all British final.

It would have been nice if he had won,he played well

I'm not a fan of Andy Murray but I did feel a tad sorry for him today - the pressure on him must be immense and he tried his best.

I also think that Rafa will face a very tough challenge from Tomas Berdych on Sunday.

There are certainly a lot of new young players coming up the ranks now - it is no longer a Federer/Nadal cert for the grand slams or any of the tournaments.

Bad luck Andy, good match tho

Well i thought he could have played better, outdone by a better man. It just seemed to go over very quick. I wanted to be on the edge of my seat, i look better on the edge of my seat

Lol ... I hope today is an edge of the seat kind of day... I doubt it some how.

Serena looks set to power and grunt her way to the trophy is no time at all. I hope I'm wrong.

I'm not anticipating much this afternoon.
Perhaps doubles later will be good.
Looking forward to tomorrow though.

I'm struggling with this match.
For 2 reasons mainly.
> Williams'  grunting and shouting.
> Mark Petchey saying "er". "um", "er", "er" all the, er, time.

Oh, the grunting is so distracting Brisket.

 I missed the match so missed Petchy's commentary. I think the Americans are better at the commentary..... mind you I still like the inane stuff they all come up with. Its crazy what they say at times.

Tomorrow's final is gonna be good

I missed the final due to work, but the result was always likely to be that  Serena Williams would win which she did 6 grunts-3  6 grunts-2.

In the Boys Doubles the first semifinal has resulted on Lewis Buton and George Morgan winning so we have at least 2 Brits in the finals.

The other semifinal also involving British players Liam Broady and Tom Farquharson is currently 1 set each. They are into the final set and have the advantage having broken - currently 3 games to 1.
