Bartoli v Stephens:-

With still only one break in her favour, Bartoli is serving for the match....

....but has a break point against her....she saves it....but Stephens has break point again....which she saves again....but here's a 3rd break point against her....and there's the break back by Stephens....but Stephens is still behind and is now (at 4-5) serving to stay in the match.

Nice last 4 line-up though - with the guarantee of not just a first time Wimbledon winner; but a first time GS winner to boot!

That's brilliant isn't it?

In recent years I have to admit to completely losing interest in women's tennis - mainly due to the sheer dominance and predictability of the Williams sisters.

All the doubles matches are scheduled to start at 11:30on courts 2 and beyond.

The men's singles are due on Centre and Court 1 at 1pm.

First up we will have Berdych v Djokovic on Court 1 whilst it's Ferrer v Del Potro on Centre, then to follow it'll be Verdasco v Murray on Centre and

Kubot v Janowicz on Court 1.

The winners of the first two matches will meet for the Semi-Finals and the winners of the second two matches will form the other Semi.

So on paper that should be:-

Djokovic v Ferrer

AND

Murray v Janowicz

But with the way things have gone this year....who knows?

Verdasco and Kubot are unseeded players.
