I don't like them, but needs must...I always wear them when I'm out. My son-in-law keeps his mask on until I leave the house 
I have found a nasal spray which prevents bacteria entering the nose - -will try it next time I go out but worried it will start my sinuses off

yes I wear one all day in work but couldn't wear two - just waiting to see when I am going back - hopefully after Easter

mouth wash is advised too, I use that after I have been out
