I don't honestly know. Just every so often my blood gets hotspots and my skin starts to itch like mad. 

Oh heck 

What's annoying is I now have to pay for my antihistamines as they've taken them off my repeat scripts. I don't just need them for hay fever in the Summer. I ned them all year round
