I wonder when they're hand feeding like that, that they don't throw the food in at the other end of the pool and get the seals used to finding it themselves

I guess if they are never going to be released back into the wild....like that seal ....there isn’t the imperative

I watched a cat adoption this afty, where a cat who had a wobbly trait (I won't go in to it) but it was hard to see the owner of the cat rescue place and her new owner do that, because of the love they both had for this kitty.
