I don’t .....I lost over a stone when I was in hospital and laid up with my ankle .....and it’s stayed off

Nor did I .....but eating nothing but the odd piece of toast while I was in hospital because of my ibs worked wonders .....as did not being able to get to the kitchen for a coupe,of weeks when I got home
