1. Chianina

Chianina is the largest cattle breed in the world. It originated in Tuscany, Italy, and it can reach a height of 2 m and a weight of more than 1,700 kg. Chianina cows are both the tallest and heaviest cows in the world, as well as one of the oldest cattle breeds. The breed is mainly used for beef production, but in the past it was also popular as draught cattle. Chianina cows can easily adapt to warmer climates, having a tough skin that is also resistant to parasites.

Largest wild cattle. What about bull cows. They're pretty big

There’s no such thing as a bull cow. It’s either a bull or a cow

Thing is, I originally said bulls and changed it
