Up to now the three chicks have just been stretching and exercising (flapping) their wings, but today, in my estimation, JJ8, the biggest chick. has had several attempts at flying. Didn't manage it though, just jumped a few centimetres. Also. at least two of them were feeding themselves quite a lot, as well as still being fed by mum!

Sounds like they will be fledging over the next day or so then EFFT

I think they need to get better at feeding themselves first. 
Looks like they haven't quite got the idea of how to hold the fish down. They put their foot on it but not always a talon.
